  30, 45 minute or 1 hour Group Fitness

Basic Step Aerobics - An intense 30 or 45 minute aerobics class using the Step bench. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. 

Battlecore – Battle Core is a high intensity cardio workout out using battle ropes and a complete core workout utilizing various equipment.

Bootcamp – 30 or 45 Minute HIIT Boot camp that focuses on raising and lowering the heart rate for a greater calorie burn.  Classes are varying between circuit training, tabatta, stations, card game, P90X, Turbokick, Core de Force and good ol' fashion boot camp.

4D Pro Bungee - Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, rehabilitate an injury, be active or just have fun – 4D PRO® can get you there.  4D PRO® allows the entire body weight to be supported and accelerated during exercise with free or resisted movements making it possible for you to perform more repetitions at a higher speed without tiring out. 

Fusion FIIT - Fusion FIIT is an amalgamation of calisthenics, resistance training and cardio designed for individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their fitness goals efficiently and effectively in a fun positive environment.

Guided Yoga - An instructor guided yoga class with direction from a yoga app.

PiYo Movement – Piyo Movement is inspired by yoga and Pilates with the benefits of bodyweight strength training, athletic training, flexibility training and a fun cardio component all together.  It’s a program that gives you amazing physical results without any high impact movements and it actually makes you feel good when you are done.

Pound – SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK. POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.  Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Power Pump – Power pump is a 45 minute weight lifting/strength class utilizing free weights, body weight, bands, weight machines, kettlebells, and bar bells.  Various movements will be used to fatigue each muscle group to build muscle and strength.

Stride and Strength - This workout features both power walking/jogging in place moves, combined with other low impact intervals that will get your heart pumping! It also includes the use of hand weights to strengthen and tone every muscle in your body! Lace up those shoes, and let’s get moving!

Strength - 30/45 minute class focusing directly on muscles using free weights, machines, TRX and body weight.

Superfunctional Bootcamp - Superfunctional bootcamp is a simple, inclusive tool that accommodates conventional suspension fitness training movements plus play-based and skill-based training utilizing a bar on the Queenax.  ​

Torch Pilates – Torch Pilates is a combination of low impact cardio and Pilates strength exercises for a full body workout.

Transform Live! – Transform Live! is a 30/45 minute high-intensity cardiovascular conditioning class that is safe, challenging and results driven that is fun utilizing an exercise step.

TRX Strength - TRX Strength is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. 

Zumba - Zumba is a choreographed workout to music.  Various styles of dances will be introduced for a fun and challenging cardio workout.  Even if you feel you don't have rhythm, you will still be able to follow and had fun.

Zumba Toning​ - Zumba Toning is for people who do their workouts with toning sticks. It targets the abs, thighs, arms, and other muscles throughout the body. This type of Zumba class provides participants with a cardio workout and strength training.

​Individual or Small Group Training

You are not a group fitness person. We get you. That's why we have so many individual  or small group options available. Grab a friend split the cost and get a great workout together.

Three Wolves Class Schedule 

​​​​​  Policy:  No show for classes will be assessed a $15.00 fee. 

​ Late cancellation fee of $5.00 will be assessed if cancelled 1 hour or less before scheduled class.  Classes are subject to cancellation if less than 3 attendees for 45-1 hour class and less than 2 for 30 minute classes.  A notification will be emailed and texted 1-2 hours before class start time.

Group classes
There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes.

From flying with the 4D Pro Bungee to Boot Camps, Cardio, Strength, TRX or Combinations of all them, there's a class available  to fit your fitness goals. Classes are energized with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.  Plus the instructors/coaches keep the classes fun and a class is never the same.
